1. Return Policy for Physical Products (e.g. Books)

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible physical products.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must include all original packaging, labels, and proof of purchase
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Physical Products

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
  • Opened packaging without valid reason (e.g., missing items)

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us at mail@profdrjaved.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect

Note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

2. Refunds for Physical Products

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Refund processing by your bank may take additional time

3. Digital Products (Courses & Consultations)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online courses and consultation services are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Pre-recorded courses
  • Downloadable content
  • Completed consultations or missed appointments

Exceptions

In rare situations, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Technical issues that prevent course access

Please contact us at mail@profdrjaved.com within 3 days of purchase. We will evaluate the case and may offer store credit or course access adjustment on a case-by-case basis.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. For physical items, the fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
